If it’s your first visit, please arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete a short client intake and discuss your hair history.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations and rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a rebooking fee.

Bridal & Event Bookings

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule your appointment to ensure the quality of our work and the experience of our other clients.
